ASDASD is correct in his opinion. there is very good chance Chiman will be approved by Oct 8th. Don't beleive the IIO's, not that they are dishonest, but they no reliable information with them, so they talk through their hats.

ND is considered In my opinion, ND is considered. If someone gets a delayed ND for some reason, their cases may be taken later based on the ND. Any ideas on this ?
