Guys,

Check these cases online....

EAC0205051621
EAC0205051622
EAC0205051623

Very funny indeed......Don't know what procedure is INS following....

:)

magesh, what is so funny.......I guess either my sense of humor is very weak or you are just taking us for a ride and wasting our time

Well .. the fact that these three sequential numbers are all I-485 may suggest that they were filed together. But looking at the current status, it is indeed 'funny' (from processing perspective). One was transferred, one was approved and the last one was received. Who knows maybe they were filed by three completely different people?

It is Definately not funny, and GC012002 yes they are definately filed by different people. because even if a Family applies together, they will still have Gaps between their EAC #'s.

In my case the gap between the EAC #' is approximately 20 to 25 numbers for me, my wife and my 2 kids, its just like SS #'s they will never be in a Sequence for a family, even if applied together, for security reasons.

But if a family applies for AOS and when A #'s get assigned, those A #'s will be in a sequence.

Well...not necessary funny but still quite interesting...they were not filed together but certainly have the same ND...

In my case, mine, my wife's and our daughter's alien numbers are far apart. No sequence anywhere - neither in A# nor in case#.

Surprising, but again not so Suprising, Remember we are dealing with INS,

Me, my spouse, and my kids all four of us have,

SS #'s not in sequence
EAC #'s not in sequence
but our A #'s in a perfect sequence.

Please note may be EAC0205051623 is that of a kid, who does not require FP and so there is nothing funny in the status of these cases.
