Thanks for the advice. I went to the DMV today and got my DL renewed. It took only 30 minutes and they gave me one valid till Oct 2006, that is 1 year from my EAD expiry date. As there are no posts of any EB3 approvals in VSC after June 30, it seems that they are really not doing any.

Please post your details if you are EB3 from VSC and got approved after June 30. My NJ driver's license is expiring on Jul 30 and my EAD is valid till Oct. Am wondering if I should go ahead and get it renewed for 3 months or wait for another week to see if I-485 gets approved. Thanks, RIR...
