What is FOIA ?

hmm.. looks like everybody's stumped by this one. I have the receipt numbers for my EAD, AP and 485 but not for 140, so I am trying to figure it out ... Concurrent filing EB3 - Mar 5th, 2004

If your employer does not provide you with the receipt number for I-140, is there any other way you can find it out ? By using employers phone number as an input to the AVM system etc ? Thanks

One last Qs ginnu - Is a company required by law to revoke I-140 after terminating employment (as for H1-B) ? I would think NOT, as it is for a future job, right ?
