Problems with Infopass I am still having problems trying to schedule an Infopass appointment. I have tried after 11PM around 6PM, 8PM, 6AM, 9AM, 11AM, 2PM ... everytime it just says no appointment available in ur area. Once or twice it just hung there for almost half an hour and never came back...

I also don't know if that is allowed. I am waiting for my lawyer to respond. Let's see how it plays out.. The 485 application is approved means that I have been alloted the VISA number, correct ? or that will be done when I go for the passport stamping ?

what about people with PD's in early 2002 ? If PD is not current then new 485 applications canot be filed, but older ones will be processed as and when the visa numbers for EB3 corresponding to PD are available again, correct ?
