update My I-140 and I-485s were concurrently filed with RD 1/29/2004. My I-485s and I-140 were transferred to NJ on July 9, and July 12, repectively (email). Nothing has happened since then. One week ago, my lawyer sent a letter to Texas, requesting them to transfer my case back to Texas...
