Someone told me that is better to file the I-140 first and then the I-485 (probably few days later).... is that true??? I was planning to concurrent file my I-140 and I-485 (Texas Service Center). Thanks for your help!

Hi ! I have a question: My I-94 is ok, but my husband's is expired. So, can I include my husband in my I-485 petition (I am concurrent filing my I-140 and I-485)?? His I-94 had expired 90 days ago.
