    well... I do some weird circumstances... I have a withdrawn asylum case. I hope it's not going to affect my interview or my process too much... one more question :D it says that I need transcripts of federal tax returns... where can I get those? is it just copies of filled 1040's forms?

    good point, but... if you dont know how to fill forms, it costs a lot to hire an attorney to do that... so, people HELP ME PLEASE TO SAVE SOME MONEY :rolleyes:

    Part 2....I-485...currently under F1/OPT

    I am in the same situation as Nancy... are you sure I have to check a. if I filling I-485 and I-130 concurently? because a. says that "an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number HAS BEEN APPROVED"... please someone... :o

    hey guys, I am filling form i-864 and I have some questions. my sponsor is just my friend, not a relative. he is the only sponsor and meets poverty requirements (125%). and I am the only one whom he sponsors because he doesnt have dependants, wife etc. so, which box I have to check in part 1...
