may be. I wish they approve my AP too. I think my company financials must have been good for 2002 and 2003 and years befor that. I don't know the numbers. Anyway I am happy that my I140 got approved .

Thank you. Applied first EAD with my I140 & I485 - Got approved in July 2003. Applied for first AP in OCT 2003 on my own. (RD - 10/10/03) - Not yet approved - Have to travel to India in May 2004. EAD renewal - Not yet. Will be doing it end of this month. H1B expired in Jan 2004...

Certified on March 20 2003. Attorney received hard copy end of March 2003. Updated my skill set in the excel.
