    Thanks for all the replies guys, 2006gc, I already have EAD and Ap. So as I stand, I have an L-1a visa that will expire in August, I have an approved I-140, a pending I-485 and as I said above, I have the EAD and AP. So, can I rest easy, or do I still have some work to do?

    From Grasspoint Thanks guys, I appreciate your help. Correct me here if neccessary, I therefore dont need to have my L-1 valid while I-485 is pending but if my I-485 is turned down, I have to return back to hell!
