Folks, I happy to share happy news I heard this morning. My case and my wife case has been approved based on AVM. RD 2/14/01 FP 5/09/01 Approved 11/15/01 EAC 01-103-???? Month back AVM changed not found to rcvd application etc. Checking AVM now and then. Finally I heard the good news...

Me too. ND 2/14/01, FP 5/9/01 AVM says rcvd on...takes 365 days...blaaaaaa. What is happening at VSC? No approvals more than a week!!!!!

Based on FP dates There seems to be less number of filers for Dec,Jan,Feb I am FEB2001 Filer. MY FP was on 5/9. Looks like Dec, Jan, and Feb filers are less compared OCT and NOV. Hopefully Things will be faster after OCT 1st week. This is my guess.

My I-485 was filed in Feb/Mar2001. I was trying to check RD, ND using AVM using EAC-01-103-????. I always get “case not found” message. When I checked with my attorney, I heard that INS did not update AVM recently. I am curious if everyone is in similar state. Any update is appreciated.
