In my case, bio and RFI came together. Do not worry, your wife will get an RFI as well. Just do what they are asking and you'll be fine. BIO and RFI are two unconnected things.

want, any changes on your case? In my case the primary applicant's LUD also changed without the message change and nothing yet so far. (his RFI receipt was logged by CIS on Sept 9, then, like in your case, LUD changed on the 13th, just like yours).
