Jay_T, Is there time delay if you change from CP to 485 like say 3,4 months becoz NVC have to create the file for 485 .I have heard something of this kind but not sure. thanx anushri

I also thought of doing that. my attorney told me they can send theammendment, but i thought it might affect adversly the processing of I140. so i am quiet until my I-140 gets approved, and will rethink that later. did you take the opinion of ur lawyer.if so pass me his advice. thanx anushri

Can anyone please make clear where in the Labor or I-140 forms is EB3/EB2 specified. By looking at the forms is it possible to find the category which one belongs. or do i need to ask the lawyer.???? thanx anushri
