I called my lawyer and he said that he has recieved my I-140 approval on 2/09/04.

Details: EB3 NIW
RD 04/01/2003
Approval date 02/09/2004.

Did you apply for 2nd EAD recently which could have triggered your approval?
What about BCIS on-line status of your I140, did it change with the approval info?

At the very least VSC is still processing NIW. but the online processing date seems to stay at June of 2002 forever. you are a really lucky guy!

Did you apply under both categories...EB3 and NIW? As to my knowledge NIW is in EB2 category.
