The 485 approval form says that I need to take this along with I-94 and 2 photos to get my passport stamped. I thought the arrival/dept record was the same as I-94. Someone please confirm. thanks samk.

RD - ND Confusion Sounds like they processed your application based on your ND as your RD. It might explain why some folks are seeing delays.
