Checked AVM this morning...GC got approved this morning. Untill Yesterday the message was singing the same old rhetoric of FP and blah blah blah...I am so happy..... My wife's case is also approved.
Came to USA in April 1997.
Applied for Labor under RIR in December 1997.
RIR was new at that time so was rejected and filed under regular with same PD. Applied for RIR labor in August 1999. After 4 months they told me to withdraw one. I withdrew RIR, because didnt wanted to loose my PD. Regular labor got approved exactly after 3 yrs of grusome wait in December 2000. H1 expring February 2003.
