Congrats! v_indian It is very unique and bizaare case, even though you furnish docs for previous RFE, they sent you a new RFE not related to previous one and did it three times, never tried to send all RFEs together.

I guess you don't have to fill out AR-11 again as in my case it was clearly mentioned if you have not sent AR-11 then send it and I already sent AR11 before.

What a shame USCIS is damanding more fees from us to consider better serving by removing backlog from 2005 onwards. They can not commit on this too. Our current fees are utilised only for security of this country and in return getting kicked out every day with their damn shit service.

You are right j54231 They should have passed this bill 2 yrs before. I know one guy was working in a federal govt. proj and was knocked out because of outsourcing to India.

There was an analysis some where else, either INS approves within 15 days of RFE receipt or after 3 months. I guess that justifies ur approval. Congrats! on your approval

I did the address change, after applying the EAD for my wife. She got EAD card at our new addr.
