:) I wanted to send an e-mail yesterday but I forgot my password and I have to request it. Well, I want to tell you that finally we got our approval on January 21st. However, when I checked that night I didn't see any change on the message; but yesterday when I came from work and just didn't want to see again the same message, I hit the USCIS page and checked it. I couldn't believe my eyes, but then as soon as I recovered I checked also my daughters and my own receipt number. We four got our approvals. But let me tell you that I called last week to IIO and she, who was very kind person, told me that because they are working september 2001 cases, ours have to take 90 days. But, I asked her again: Is there, by chance, any opportunity to get our approvals before?" Then, she who I think was smiling like her voice was smiling... said: Yes, there is a chance. Then I hung up and silently cried. I didn't tell to my daughters or husband that maybe we should wait another 90 days.
Our RD is October 31, 2001, ND November 26, 2001. Our priority day is the same as RD. 1st EAD december 26, 2001. 1st Fingerprint was on April 18 2002. Second Fingerprint was on September 18 2003. Our approval day was January 21, 2004.

Thanks to all of you, who supported me when I needed most.

Goodluck to you and your family!!!!!!!

I remember the hardship you and your family had gone through due to slow GC processing. I wish from now on your kids won't have any problem with the scholarship and continue their studies without any hassles. Goodluck!!!!!!!

Respondiendo acerca de REF y agradeciendo

Edison:

Thanks, I don't know what happened to me, I was writing in Spanish... after few sentences I realized that I have to write in English. Yes, I am the same person who wrote about my daughters and how they couldn't use their scholarships. Now, there is a light, a way to re-start again with another look in our eyes.

Thanks for the answers I had read.

The last question, (sorry I don't remember your name now) but my husband didn't have any REF. As far as I know the lawyer who works for his company worked under the category of oustanding research. We knew since we started that we should follow only 8 months to get the approval, but things changed after 911.

Thanks again...
