My lawyer called to say that the VSC Clerical Department is in the process of mailing out a RFE. I am really, really pissed. I came to this country as an undergrad in 1991, spent a year in Practical Training, 6 years on an H-1 visa, and 1+ year on an EAD. And now I get a RFE! Oh well...
