there is no way this is true. Otherwise why VSC send out so many RFEs. If it's automatic approval, then no RFE is needed. Yet they send out RFE.
plus. How do they now you have worked for 180 days for the company sponsor you.

I think Murthy is refering to AC21 rule, which is expected to be released soon. It could be
if your case pending for 180 days, and you can provide proof that you have worked for that company for 180 days. (through paycheck and w2)
then you'll be granted green card. This could happen, since they really should approve a case
in 180 days. It's their fault that our cases have been delayed for so long......
If this rule is released, could result in faster processing, officer can approve cases more freely, then the backlog can be eliminated. Otherwise backlog will never go away.
However, we should propose to VSC to process cases
delayed most. over 540 days.

Hi Cole,
It's unfortunate to see bad language and short temper in your posts. Edison has not used any bad language in his posts. He rediculed your post because there are enough grounds for it. First of all you are completely ignorant of certain things here. The Lawyer's name is "Sheila Murthy" (not "Murphy"). She is a woman.
(Not "He" as you mention). She is grauated from Harward Law School, the best Law school in America. She is one of the most well known immigration lawyers in this country.
Why should any one doubt what she said ? I know that it is not practicable to approve every one whose application is pending > 180 days. But then she did not explain full details. She said that something like that is going to come. Wait for 10 days and see. If she said like that, I certainly believe that it's correct. I don't thing she is into the habbit of spreading rumours because that will only hurt her credibility.
I personally feel that there will definitely be some important Memo coming within the next 2 weeks regarding I485 processing.
Its really difficult to predict what it will say but looks like it's definitely going to speed up the processing and it appears that that Memo will put the RFE's to rest.
I request people not to use bad language.

Actually even though I may not be in computers, i feel that one can easily insert the RDs for those that filed before concurrent filing came since they had 140 approved and just say "approved to all" for their 485.
For concurrent filers, one could insert a slot for 140 approval and if that becomes "Y" then yes to 485 approval. This is technicaly feasible/possible and save everyone a lot of heartburn .
