Got LUD on I-485 I got LUD on my I-485 on 4/28 and then nothing. Perhaps it's just a scan through in the system, not sure! Anyone saw same thing with their case?

LUDs on I-140 Hi Fellas! I've received two LUDs on my I-140, one yesterday and one today. Has anyone else gotten similar LUDs on their I-140? Just wondering. See my signature for case details. Thanks guys!

I got my EAD within 3 months of applying and AP in about 5 months' time. Some people have gotten theirs sooner than that. I think you can expect to get at least EAD within a month or two from now and AP in a couple of months' time. But I hope you get both sooner than that like some have.

I have checked with the lawyer and she hasn't received the approved AP yet. I shall wait for a few more days until it's 30 business days and then have the lawyer contact USCIS. Thanks for your reply.

Still not received AP The status on my AP was updated to "Document Mailed" on Dec 17. But, I have not yet received the AP. Has anyone experienced a similar delay in receiving the document after approval? Please share your experience if you did. Thanks!

It's OK. I was just wondering because the message should say something like "Approval Notice sent" or something to that effect. I was a little worried if it's an RFE.

I hope what you say is indeed the case and that my name check is also cleared. I have an LUD of 11-25-2007 on my I-140 which was approved in November of 2006.
