the august visa bulletin is out, EB1 and EB2 is still current. hopeless for EB3!

Any explanation why the August visa bulletin is delayed? I just want to know if anyone has information on this Thanks!

For those people who are documentarily qualified and are waiting,have schedules or finished the interview in the US embassy, I hope you can share your experinence and details. Is there a way to know or does anybody know how NVC schedules the interview? Whats the process? Thanks!

New Process Have checked with NVC and as confirmed by them, they will check the schedule and once established, THEN they will forward the docs to the embassy. I think this explains the reason why renceri received an interview date before the he receive the packet 4. Renceri, please confirm.
