My attorney just called me about the FP notices. FP to be done in Raleigh NC in second week of April. ND 9/28/01 RD 8/20/01 PD 01/10/1999 I got my i-EAD done yesterday and FP notices received today. I guess this is a miraculous week :)

Well, here's my concern. Do they really order FP notices when they receive the AOS application? That sounds too good to be true. If they do, it has taken hell a lot of time - more than an year!

From when do I count the 90 days to get the interim EAD? Is it from the date the application mailed or is it the receipt date?
