Raman, You better go one more time to do another FP using your copy of old FP notice by saying that INS has not received my FP and hence they asked me to do it again. Hope this helps.

Ask your mail man Ask your mail man and made sure with him that he is not returned it. Also make sure you have correct address with TSC. You are supposed to have it in hand by now or in 2/3 days.

Thanks to Yellow Knight and rvonguru If your case will be updated before the actual FP scheduled date, then I think there may be chances of getting your approval soon than normal. So check your status in online and let us know as well.

Best to call and verify Verify your address with INS and update it for all your cases including I485, I765 and I131. Try after 2 pm eastern time. Don't depend on PO. In my case, the EAD card has been returned to INS because of not having last name in my mailbox.

Approved on Dec 09, 2002 ND: Aug 27, 2002 AD: Dec 09, 2002 I got my EAD card in hand on Dec 16, 2002. Your case will be approved soon. Check first in AVM instead of online. Mine got updated first in AVM and after 3 days online got updated.
