How long it will take to get the EAD card after approval

My EAD got approved on 7th. I was talking to an IIO on 8th,
she said my EAD got approved on 7th and card is sent out on
same day.

But when i check the online status it says "On January 7, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.".

If it is mailed on 7th i should have got it by now. I am in dallas. I think the cards are being mailed from dallas only. Is that right?
And how long it will take generally to get the card after approval.
Please let me know.

cards usually reach within 2-3 days from the day they've mailed...you can wait another week and call the IIO to send another one...they will not send anything (probably) for atleast 2 weeks...

Ask your mail man

Ask your mail man and made sure with him that he is not returned it. Also make sure you have correct address with TSC. You are supposed to have it in hand by now or in 2/3 days.
 
Talked to an IIO

Thank you. I just talked to an IIO. She said my card was sent out yesterday and my wife's card went out on 11th. I hope i should get it by this week end.

From what I remember, they don't come from Dallas. They come from Kentucky, where they are made.
