I called up USCIS today and the customer service rep told me that I should enter I-485 approval date and the service center that approved my I-485. The class of admission is same as the visa catagory that I had, when I entered the USA.

Thanks for the response. Isn't its surprising that a service center can issue an REF for the document (W2s etc) that they haven't even mentioned in the application form... How about the wage difference. All my W2's are about 15-20% less than the specified wage in the labor certification...
