Please help me with completing form I-130 (Petition for Alian Relavite)

The item 14a asks for date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission.

What should I enter here.
a. date and place of admission to USA - USA airport and the date when I entered USA.

or

b. date and place of adjustment to lawful permanent residence. Is it the I-485 approval date or the passport stamping date.

for 14a I think what they are asking for the first part is the date that you became LPR. The place would be the service center who issued you the LPR. The approval date should be on your green card if you have it. If not go with the passport stamp date because you are not officially LPR until you get that passport stamped.

I called up USCIS today and the customer service rep told me that I should enter I-485 approval date and the service center that approved my I-485.

The class of admission is same as the visa catagory that I had, when I entered the USA.

thanks for the info

so I guess for the purposes of that form all they really want to know is the approval date.
