You can file I-140 immediately. But you can file I-485 only when your priority date (09/02/2005) becomes current.

Ashrock11, See the post before you need not have hard copy to file 140 and 485. A printout of the website status and the application is good enuff to file. if youc an mobilise your lawyer to get all the paper work done tonite you can send it by courier same day tomorrow.

The case prefix T is assigned when the case is being prepared. It changes to A or C after filing based on whether your case is being forwarded to Atlanta or Chicago.
