Can I apply for 7th year extension if I140 is approved My Employer is willing to apply for 7th year extension but is it possible to do if my I140 is approved and 485 is pending. I already got the EAD, is it better to extend H1b or can I start working on EAD, can someone please advice..

I got email from CRIS <USCIS-SRMT@dhs.gov> saying my I131 was approved but should the email from address be USCIS-CSSO <USCIS-CSSO@dhs.gov> Just wondering if the email address changed, Any thoughts about it folks..

When my lawyer applied for 140/485/EAD he didnt apply for AP since my I-94 was valid till aug'05.I am planning to apply now, will this trigger 140 approval. Any one had any experience of 140 approval this way?

My 140/485 was filed concurrently in dec 2004, I got my 485,765 receipt nos. Since the 140 receipt number goes to the employer, My employer is not giving it, He is under the impression that i will change the company once my 140 gets approved (ac21). So is there a way to get the 140 receipt...

Concurrent Filing Now the dates retrogate.. What happens to the concurrent filed 140/485 before Dec 2003. They will not process 140 until 485 date comes current or 140 is processed seperatly? Please someone clarify this..

AUG 03 cases started with 04407xxx-04408xxx series, I dont know how you got 0441xx series. 0441 series is given to the cases files in 2004. Can you see your case in FLCdatacenter.com?

Guys, My case transferred to ATL DOL in Sept 2003, Still waiting for certification. I also filed a labour from a diffrent company in chicago and got certified in jan 2004. Now i have been waiting here for last one year hoping atlanta will process faster but the cases are not moving at all...

WHats the DOT code of the one certified. Mine is recieved in Sept 19 DOT code 039-162.014 and still waiting. I called DOL 1 month back and they told my case was not assigned to any office yet.

Nothing to worry,I heard people getting certified without even showing up on AVM.Sometimes it takes time for them to data enter for showing up on AVM.
