How to get 140 Receipt Number

My 140/485 was filed concurrently in dec 2004, I got my 485,765 receipt nos.
Since the 140 receipt number goes to the employer, My employer is not giving it, He is under the impression that i will change the company once my 140 gets approved (ac21). So is there a way to get the 140 receipt number based on alien number or 485 receipt number?
Any help is appreciated..
 
Yes, it is possible to get from the CIS using FOIA. Please read more on FOIA regarding this.
 
Was anyone successfull getting 140 receipt no using this way?
Will it create any problem to 140 process?
