Quick question... Kannancr,     So when we go for stamping , do they ask us for driver\'s license or other thing to verify the current residence ? because as you know once we move it will have different address. Or can we just show them passport and EAD and get it done

My guess is it will be overlooked. Since the rfe is for Employment letter and pay slips , and you have sent both of them from your sponsoring company (B) they will be satisfied and approve. I dont think they will further look into dates .. anyway even if they sent a rfe for the gap, I...

It is a tough one to decide... If I were you i would just stick with the current employer for now until the final approval, yes the gap may cause problem for the pay stubs, then again how sure can we that the other employer will keep us also.. right ? because if they let go the newcomers...
