My case is approved on 8/21, i am with IGATE. The interesting thing is that on approval date i have completed my 3 years of stay in USA.

PD - 10/98
ND - 12/99
RD - 01/00
FP - 3/01
RFE Generated 6/26/01 (Employer letter and 3 recent pay stubs)
REF Mailed by INS - 7/19/01
REF Replied by Lawyer - 8/7/01
RFE Received by INS 8/14/01
Approval Date - 8/21/01

Though Amended I-140 has been submitted on 5/15 by, it seems meaningless.
