Marcus, RFE was issued on July30. I received RFE by mail on Aug 5. RFE received by BCIS on Aug 8. Case was ternsferred on July 25. I did not file AC21. There is no such form to file. I told them about address change some time in April 2003.

cany, Your job description will not be in the I-140 form itself. It will be in the additional evidence that you would have provided along with the I-140 application. I am pretty sure you must have described your acheivements as a scientist and also your current projects.

cany Eventhough EB1 outstanding researcher does not need LC, it is still sponsored by an employer based on your research. My feeling is, if you change jobs, it should be in the same area of research. Your new job should be similar to the job description you gave during I-140 filing.

My RFE was for employment letter. Mine is EB1 category. I do not have a lawyer. I did everything by myself. I hope you guys will get your RFEs soon.

Avsaa, I pretty much have the same RD and fingerprint dates as yours. BCIS issued RFE on my case on July 30. I received it on August 4. I immediately sent it back the next day and the online message says RFE received by BCIS on Aug 8. I am still waiting for the approval.

GC_FebWait, THank you for your reply. I did not inform BCIS about job change but informed them about address change. It is obvious that they would have guessed the job change. I did'nt hire a lawyer to do my GC process. I hope they will not tranfer my case to Texas.

Congratulations! I think the main reason March is being approved is due to fingerprint expiry. Looks like BCIS is approving all 485 cases whoose FP is done in May and June 2002.
