not sure, you must explicitly ask the IIO if (s)he found it by WAC# OR A# Definitely the IIO has a way to find the A# based on WAC#. So it\'s possible that the IIO did this and even if you gave WAC# (s)he actually retrieved your FP from the A# system, not the WAC# one.
