San Jose FP Center - Story Road

I am thinking of going to the San Jose (Story Road) office for
FP. Do you think 3:00pm would be a good time? Any suggestions/comments.

   RD: 03/05/01 ND: 03/27/01
   Last Name: "R"
   PD: 04/1997 (EB3/India)
   FP Notice received in mail: 10/06/01
   FP date scheduled on the notice: 10/31/01
   Center: San Jose, CA

I went there Thu Aug 09 2001 around 2:00PM and it was ok. Two persons were in front of me. The waiting area is on the right hand once you get inside. If you can see through the window from outside, try to check how many people are waiting. If the area is quite empty you should be ok.

Sorry if I confused you. But if you see my details, I have
already received the FP notice. Its just that I want to go
ahead of schedule. So I am thinking of going today (within an
hour) with the FP notice.

How did you get an FP notice?

Sorry to confuse you rather.

I wanted to know whether you had sent an inquiry to INS asking them to mail your FP notice.

I did it. it was easy and simple. Details at:

IS, My attorney sent several inquaries to the INS office via fax.
I am not sure if that helped or not since we never got any kind of
response to those faxes.
