pre900, Ohio does issue reciept notice when they recieve it. I filed in Nov 2002 and I got reciept notice after 2 weeks. Check with your attorney for the same. Kumar

ohiostud, I don't think posting ads for six months is a req. Atleast one ad and efforts of recruitment for the last six months has to be shown...that's what my Attorney told me. Let's see what kevin has to say. Kevin, can you let us know how many ad's you ran before ur labor is filed?? Kumar
