I am confused this Good Friday!! I am confused, if they are still processing based on the fp dates or on the RD?? Our RD Jan02, FP Dec02!! Dengdeng -- What is your opinion? Also today we have seen many vetaran's cases getting approved successfully. So it is a Good Friday!!

It really looks like VSC has finally returned to the approval mode. 3 approvals posted so far in the last 2 hours here. I wish and pray all get approved soon.

Let them clear the backlogs. There has to be some order in the way BCIS approves. God help us.

CONGRATULATIONS. Congrats on Approval. I checked mine, it still comes back with the same old resumed message - both AVM & online.

Unless it was done manually on paper, the results are sent back within 2-3 days and BCIS will update the status then. For Manual it usually takes 30 days.

We are EAC02106@@@@@@ series Ours is EAC02106..........series jan02 RD. no response yet, we got the second EADs few months back. It has been really frustrating. I gues from the trends that I see, we might have to wait till feb-mar next year.

Parole If your previous AP has out-dated, you may get your AP from Newark ASC same day. They will issue AP in case of emergency and that your previous AP is out-dated. If not, you could apply to VSC.
