Hello everyone,

I am a Jan applicant EAC-02-110 series. My EAD was due to expire in Dec.. On Aug 4th, I submitted a EAD renewal application. Today the EAD renewal was approved.... If my case was really assigned to an officer...they would have approved my case (or generated a 2nd FP notice or issued an RFE) instead of approving the EAD -

Therefore, can I infer from that my case has not been assigned and it could take a while before my case is approved.

Ours is EAC02106..........series jan02 RD.
no response yet, we got the second EADs few months back.

It has been really frustrating.
I gues from the trends that I see, we might have to wait till feb-mar next year.

Really. My FP was 4/10, but I have seen several after me getting approved. I was hoping that when they review the EAD application, they may decide to assign the case to an officer....I guess that is not the case.
 
Well your EAD Renewal can sometime trigger ur 485 approval.
Wait and Watch..!

I too have made a desperate 'last ditch effort' by applying for AP Renewal... FP2:7/12/03 and online not updated yet..!
