Any 02 RD applicant who had done their FP1 late than others stand a better chance of approval before getting FP2., since oflate most of the cases takes more than 18mos and around that time, early FP's need to be re-done.

U have a 50-50 Chance..!

We have not heard anything yet.
Over 19 months past.

But ur toooo late in FP1..Dec02 and expiry would be around Mar04 and so INS would have given sometime for your case..!

Late FP means Late expiry.

Of late, there is some evidence of INS/USIS processing about to expire FP cases. So good luck, but still 2 more more months for your FP to expire.
