Question!! Its been more than 3 months(Oct 13) I filed I290B and I haven't hear anything about my case. I spoke to lawyer and even he has no idea. 1. Are there any chances that VSC forward my case to Appeal unit and not inform us?? 2. What could be the reason for this delay?? -Sreedhar

Same thing happened to me also. LUD changed on 8/17. No status change. But it seems, my case is different than every one. My both I-140 and I-485 LUD changed on same day. I-140/485 RD 3/18/04 -Sreedhar

Even my LUD got changed on 8/17 for both I-140 and I-485. My file RD is 3/18/04. No status change also. I don't know whether I should expect RFE or they r processing accordning to new rule.

I applied I-140/I-485 concurrency filing on 3/18/2004 under EB3 category. For both of these cases, LUD got changed on 8/17/04 but there is no change in message. What does that mean? Any one has any idea of what's going on with my case?? no FP yet. Is this happened to anyone else also...

Any one has seen or heard any status of cases filed I-140/I-485 concurrently. I applied in march, 2004. By seeing so many approvals of April 2004, I am wondering how exaxtly they are processing the cases like this? under new law or old law??
