Anyone with 140 LUD > 1 month and no response

I have my lud on 140 on 08/16 and 08/17. Untill now no response from USCIS. My ND is 03/18/2004 EB3. Is any body in the same boat as me.

I had mine chngd 3-4 times in August but no chng in the message.

I had mine changed too on 8/17 on both 140 and 485. My RD is 3/18/2004. No RFE..No FP yet

LUD for my 140 changed on 08/19/2004. Got an RFE for credential evaluation.
Notice date for 140 is 03/01/2004.

I have RD of Feb 2004. LUD changed to July 30 in August 2004. No RFE nor approval. waiting. I suspect the LUD change is because of my EAD application.

may be your I140 petition will be approved with I485. Hold your breath guys.
