Thanks, LucyMO! Since I got married aftre I got my GC, I am filing my spouse's petition as a regular "PR". So can I not file through DORA? If not, what are my options? Filing the regular I130 is not going to help, as it is currently taking 4-5 years in TSC. Please suggest.
