You can get one 3 months after your receipt date. But you could extend your h1 if you filed your LC application for your green card one year ago.

You may ask for your wife\'s FP notice at a ASC or INS office Hi Mitr, Some guys posted their experience to have their FP taken at a ASC office. They said you could ask for your wife\'s FP notice when you went to a ASC office to get your FP taken. I\'m not sure you can do that. But worth a try.

Got AP approved on 8/24/01 at CSC My WAC# is wac-01-260. My rd is 6/12 and nd is 8/20.

Receipt or notice date? Look at the CSC backlog report and you will see second column title - "Currently Proceesing Cases With the Following Receipt Notice Dates". Do you know they refer to receipt or notice date?

FBI wouldn\'t tell you if your FPs are good enough I called FBI for checking the quality of my FPs. They didn\'t tell me about that. They just told me my FPs were sent to INS on what date. I think you have to check with INS about your FPs quality and if your FPs are cleared up.
