For EB3 it takes anytime between 2 and 3 months after 2nd FP ... ...to get approved. It\'s a matter of only a few more weeks.

I understand your frustration They are approving cases filed in 2001 as though they are filing taxes and they have a deadline. They don\'t seem to care enough for the old EB3 filers and the worst thing is we cannot do anything about it. I am not sure how effective AILA et all are in this...

May be they have set their clocks all set wrong That\'s why they are still confused when deciding which cases, older or newer to pickup for approval.

I am planning to redial them today No approvals yet in the mail. We are probably assigned to the same officer, since there must be very few 1999 or early 2000 cases.

We are probably the chosen unlucky ones Look at all the approvals for cases filed in 03/01 etc. I will never ever recommend applying in the EB3 category.
