    EB2, AD 1/10/2000, ND 1/23/2000, REF 4/20/2000 for emp letter,W2. In emp letter stated the company name change I-140 amend 6/15/2000. AVM says approved on 7/13/2000. What a release. Hope everyone good luck and I think you(we) all good luck in this painful process and in the future...

    Anyone has info that how many total GC approved for IGATERS in April, May and June2001??

    No Title So for those approvals on this board, either their ND is before Oct./99, or has I-140 amend filed/approved. Probably we have to wait another two or three weeks to see the trend. Patienceeeeeeee.

    No Title This info is from my lawyer not INS. But I think it makes sense. INS put Company name change case on hold, since they think the procedure should be no hard than those cases that people do change company. If only a e\'lettle needed for job changer, no reason for filing I-140 ammend...

    All, Does anybody knows how long does it take for INS to change my address by writing them note, one month? two month? Also can I do it through phone, seems does not work. Thanks a lot
