CHECKED THE AVR ON THE 4TH OF JULY AND GAINED MY INDEPENDENCE. MY DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS

EB3 EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN MS IN CS FROM THE US.
PD 2/99, ND 2/00 RE RED 6/01 APPROVED PER AR 07/01

HAVE BEEN IN THIS COUNTRY FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. COMPANY NAME ALSO WAS CHANGED BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD I WAS APPROVED. CHEERS AND ALL THE BEST TO EVERYONE.

Congratulations. Can you post about when did u receive the RFE, when RFE Response was mailed, when RFE was received by VSC, What RFE is for?

can you post how the name change happened ? 140 and 485 had a different name,
or the RFE had the new name ?
you know if your was ever on hold ?

I have the same question as \'cah\', since I am one of the sufer of this company name change. My ND is 1/2001, still waiting.

Well my company name changed after 140 and we did not do any amended 140. Did recieve an RFE for employer letter, pay stubs and W2. Described in the letter that the company name had changed but the location and TaxID did not. The case was never on hold as far as I can tell cause I just got current in July 01.

I received the RFE on May 02 and the INS received my response on June 3rd. The RFE was for company letter, 2 months paystubs and 2 years W2.
