According to me they roughly take about 33 days to review. Excluding all public Holidays (Christmas/New Year, et. al). For me it took about 42 days, 10 days over the average time. If I do add Thanksgiving / Christmas as public holidays, roughly we do have 33 days as an average. For more details...

Gang! According to the CPTracker.com it takes about a month for NVC to review and forward the case to the concerned consulate. I'm guessing and well more of a wishful thinking that even we would be in the same timeframe. With that as a reference I think shooting for Feb is not a bad idea...
