Do I have to call some-one?? Its been more than 2 weeks since I had done my FP. AVM still says the same old message "Your 1-485 was recieved ...." dont_know

Duplicate H1 Approval Can I not call the CSC and ask them to send me the copy, or tell them that I have lost it.

No Title This is not what my lawyer told me. He told me that it is okay to have an affidavit from my mother.

I will be applying for my I485 soon. I do not have my birth certificate, although I was born after 1970. So is it okay to submit an affadavit, and a letter from a government agency that they do not have my birth certificate? Thanks,
