    No Title I-140 for CP on Nov 5 2001, apply AOS I-485/EAD on Nov 20,2001, I just got EAD card today,and I call NVC they say send out packet 3 on Dec 3 2001, need 6-9 week to delived , and my case already send to china on Dec 11 2001,But My lawyer still not receive packet 3, Did you check NVC...

    I140 approved for cp but applied for AOS

    No Title you I-140 is CP, you need to call NVC make sure case still hold on at NVC, and call you lawyer, make sure he get packet 3.

    zambia Thank , keep checking you lawyer, something they will kept the letter until you call them. My lawyer just like that.I hope you will get soon. and by the way ,do you known anything about I-864 affidauit of support,any web can search 2001 4 person(family) guidelines ? thank
