Did anyone get EAD whose I140 for CP and applied for AOS/EAD/AP in october 2001

We have applied for EAD in oct 2001 and our I140 is cleared for CP even though we did not opt for it.Is there any one who got EAD with this type of case applied in oct 2001.Thanks,

I just got my EAD card today.

I-140 for CP, applied EAD/EAD/AP. RD 10/18, ND 11/30, EAD AD 12/27.

I-140 for CP on Nov 5 2001, apply AOS I-485/EAD on Nov 20,2001, I just got EAD card today,and I call NVC they say send out packet 3 on Dec 3 2001, need 6-9 week to delived , and my case already send to china on Dec 11 2001,But My lawyer still not receive packet 3,

Did you check NVC you case still here?

Receipts for EAD have been issued on 12/12/01, got my receipt number..

Since you have received your EAD - I hope to get mine soon.
Expecting FP around last week of March - 4 months after RD.
My case CP approved I-140 is sitting in consulate - will act shortly via my corporate attorney.
